Axol Endothelial Colony Forming Cell Culture Medium has been optimized to maximize the expansion and maintenance of Axol’s Human iPSC-Derived Endothelial Colony Forming Cells. The culture medium is animal component-free as it contains Human Platelet Lysate (HPL), therefore reducing variability and improving consistency throughout your experiments. Human iPSC-Derived Endothelial Colony Forming Cells cultured in Axol Endothelial Colony Forming Cell Culture Medium can achieve up to 19 doubling populations and over 8 passages. For convenience, the medium is fully supplemented and ready to use. It can be aliquoted and stored at -80°C, once thawed the medium should be stored at 4°C for up to 2 weeks.
